Job description

The Production Operator plays a key role in the manufacturing process by ensuring our steel is produced efficiently, safely, and to required specifications. The position is on site.

Main Responsibilities
• Operate equipment to ensure efficient production of high-quality product
• Respond swiftly to operational needs
• Perform work in a safe manner, adhering to safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Effectively communicate with team members
• Complete and stay current on all training

About You
• High School diploma or equivalent (verification required)
• Experience in heavy industry, construction, or a similar field
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Commitment to safety
• Good computer skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
