Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Supervisor Production Processes to lead a production team on-site.

You will oversee daily manufacturing and packaging activities, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and partner with maintenance, quality, and engineering to meet production goals. The ideal candidate has prior supervision experience in manufacturing, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of lean methods and SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical/degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of safety, quality standards, and SOPs.
• Experience supervising production employees.
• Experience with Lean or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production, packaging and activities to meet targets.
• Coach and support production employees; promote teamwork.
• Monitor processes, equipment performance, staffing, and workflow.
• Ensure SOPs, safety, quality standards, and policies are followed.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering to resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
