CTSpring is seeking a production supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring schedules, quality, and safety standards are met. You will lead a team, coordinate with upper management, and drive improvements in efficiency and output.

Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• 2–5 years of direct related experience, with at least 2 years’ experience as a supervisor.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• High energy level, self-starter with good reasoning abilities and sound judgment.
• Resourceful and well organized.
• Participative management style - advocate of team concept.
• Ability to establish credibility and be decisive.
• Ability to recognize and support the organization’s priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage production volume and meet production schedules.
• Ensure product quality and document in accordance with quality standards.
• Assure quality procedures are understood and followed.
• Review labor, machine efficiency, and material utilization.
• Serve as primary contact between team and upper management.
• Define and recommend objectives for each area.
• Make staffing and scheduling decisions to meet schedules.
• Provide daily guidance and support to direct reports.
• Set expectations for performance standards and deliverables.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Conduct monthly department quality and safety meetings.
• Participate in hiring decisions and onboarding.
