Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in production or operations management
• Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes and procedures
• Ability to analyze complex operational data and diagnose issues

• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with oil & gas or energy sector production environments
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or related methodologies

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (schedule 5/2)
• Candidate has option to use personal truck or agency-provided truck allowance; no per diem offered. Clean driving record required
