ABB, a global leader in electrification and automation, seeks an experienced Production Operations Manager in North Carolina. You will lead day-to-day production across multiple shifts, drive safety, quality and efficiency, and coordinate with engineering, quality, supply chain and maintenance to resolve issues.
This role reports to the Manufacturing Unit Manager and requires 5+ years in production operations with ERP/MRP experience.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure efficient and cost-effective production results. Each day, you will be responsible to meet order demand, specifications, quality, and planning targets through the coordination and management of plant equipment, personnel, and production processes (quantity, quality, budgeted costs, and proper productivity level) across multiple shifts and production lines. You will also showcase your expertise by developing programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the organization to the highest level of operational performance while optimizing working capital throughout Operations.
