Job summary

TSMC is seeking a Production Support Engineer to lead a team of technicians at the Key-In Center and MFG Training. The role focuses on supervising day-to-day production activities, process improvements, and coordinating events for customers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong data-driven project management skills, experience in clean room environments, and ability to liaise with internal and external customers to ensure smooth production operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead a team of technicians supporting Key-In Center and MFG Training.
• Manage clean room operations, training activities, audits, and event planning.
• Coordinate supplier and contractor activities to support FAB needs and budgets.
• Collaborate with Quality to ensure FAB consumables and furniture meet standards.
• Lead cross-functional projects with production, engineering, and other teams.
• Plan, support, and execute events for company or community engagement.
