Job summary

TSMC AZ in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Production Support Engineer to oversee day-to-day production activities at the Key-In Center and MFG Training. You will lead technicians, manage fab tours, audits and events, and collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure timely, quality production support.

The ideal candidate has strong data-driven project management skills, experience handling multiple projects, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Operations Management, Management Science, Data Science or Analytics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead a team of technicians for Key-In Center and MFG Training.
• Manage clean room operation, material management, auditing, training related activities, enforcing protocol, conducting fab tours, and event planning.
• Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor the performance of team members.
• Coordinate supplier and contractor activities to support FAB needs.
• Involve with yearly budget planning and inventory management.
• Coordinate fab tours and internal/external FAB Audits.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the production support team and other departments.
• Plan, support, and execute events for the company or community engagement activities.
