Job summary

UZURV, a Richmond, VA-based mobility tech company, is seeking a Production Support Analyst to provide operational and technical support for critical business applications. You will act as a liaison between business users, development teams, infrastructure, and vendors to ensure timely incident resolution and continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities include monitoring production apps, handling incidents, performing triage and root cause analysis, and supporting deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS, Business Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2-5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications in production/operational support.
• Experience troubleshooting web applications, APIs, or enterprise software.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data.
• Experience using ticketing platforms such as ZenDesk.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production applications, interfaces, and batch processes to ensure availability and performance.
• Respond to production incidents and service requests per SLAs.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues; escalate when needed.
• Record, prioritize, and manage incidents; conduct root cause analysis.
• Identify opportunities to automate support processes and assist with testing.
