Work Environment and Physical Demands:

As this role is in a heavy industrial setting, employees may be exposed to Fabrication Shop operations, extreme temperatures, noise, vibration, oils, dust, and fumes. Physical activities include standing, walking, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, talking, seeing, hearing, driving, and sitting. PPE such as steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection are required in the shop area.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Industrial painting experience required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform mathematical tasks.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• High school diploma desired.
• Understanding of painting processes with attention to quality and appearance.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Team-oriented with willingness to assist in extra duties or projects.
