Job summary

BCI Solutions, Inc. is hiring Production Technicians across multiple departments to operate and monitor production equipment in a fast-paced industrial setting. You’ll be placed where your skills fit best, with opportunities to learn, advance, and grow within our technician pipeline.

We value reliability, ability to follow directions, and a mechanical mindset. Prior manufacturing or foundry experience is helpful but not required; compensation ranges from $16.00 to $25.00 per hour, with training

• Mechanically inclined is a plus.
