Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) is seeking a Production Molding Operator – DMT I in Sandy, Utah. You will handle materials, inspect products, and support downstream equipment with quality molded components while coordinating with technicians for issues.
The role requires HS/GED, 0–1 year manufacturing experience (preferably with injection molding presses), and the ability to work in a cleanroom environment with team-based operations.

The Production Molding Operator – DMT l reports directly to an assigned Operations Leader and is responsible for material handling, conducting light product inspection and housekeeping activities for an assigned set of injection molding presses to supply downstream equipment with quality molded components, seeking assistance from technicians for any issues.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Production Molding Operator – DMT l reports directly to an assigned Operations Leader and is responsible for material handling, conducting light product inspection and housekeeping activities for an assigned set of injection molding presses to supply downstream equipment with quality molded components, seeking assistance from technicians for any issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Packaging, labeling, and handling of product and movement to specified locations.
Perform limited product visual and Manual inspections.
Learn and maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of all products produced in the department, as well as all product quality specifications.
Must be able to work optimally in a team with limited supervision.
Understand and interpret controlled documents including work Instructions, procedures, and inspection forms.
Notify CILL, and DMT II’s of any equipment issues.
Work with molding team members to keep equipment running during breaks and callouts.
Other duties as assigned.

Shift: B Shift12 hour rotating shift, A Shift – Scheduled to work 7-days in a 14-day period (2 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2off, 3 on, 2 off - every other weekend is scheduled off)
