Job summary

Weyerhaeuser is seeking a skilled ML Engineer to design, build, and operationalize machine learning solutions that are reliable, scalable, and deliver measurable business value in production.

You will collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, product managers, and platform teams to deploy end-to-end ML systems across pricing optimization, industrial AI, geospatial analytics, and generative AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with end-to-end ML lifecycle including feature engineering, model development, training, evaluation, and operationalizing models in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize ML models across multiple AI use cases.
• Operationalize batch and real-time inference using cloud-native services and containerized architectures.
• Develop end-to-end ML systems that integrate with data platforms and applications.
• Implement monitoring for model performance, data drift, latency, and retraining strategies.
• Create CI/CD workflows for ML assets to enable safe, repeatable production releases.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure reliable data ingestion and feature versioning.
• Support governance by enabling model lineage and auditability across environments.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ML solutions.
