In this role you are responsible for performance of tasks related to drug formulation, weighing raw materials, cleaning, mixing sophisticated tanks and equipment, distilled water sanitization, filter integrity testing and documentation.

You'll be offered extensive training, and the tight-knit working environment within the Manufacturing team means employees get additional training from their direct manager and peers when needed.
Setting up equipment
Build and perform integrity testing on all production sterilizing filters
Make process adjustments in accordance with GMP’s and Plant Procedures
Responsible for in-process inspections and all related documentation in accordance to specifications
Prepare raw materials for mixing, including verification of lot numbers and weights
Take batch samples with corresponding batch record to laboratory for testing and quality using aseptic techniques
Operating multiple types of equipment related to the mix operation as well as hand operated equipment, such things as calipers, scales, gauges, and other measuring devices.
Perform drop sanitization and maintain area housekeeping
Must not be allergic to Penicillin or Cephalosporin Drugs.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Visual acuity 20/30 Near Vision with or without corrective vision required.
Must have good documentation skills, and understand, speak, read and write English in order to align with vital SOP’s, SPEC’s, Job-specific training materials, GMP’s, and other manuals.
Knowledge of aseptic manufacturing practices
Experience in GMP Manufacturing environment preferred.
Must demonstrate proficiency in reading gauges, blueprints, pressurized systems, calibrated cylinders, and templates.
Comfortable in wearing protective equipment with a respirator & work in confined spaces
Final candidate will be required to pass a post-offer/pre-employment examination to test physical capabilities.
Must be comfortable working with pressurized equipment, in temperatures from -25°C to 80°C, with hot surfaces, and in wet environments.
We understand that compensation is an important factor. This position offers a salary of $27.14 per hour, based on skills, experience, and location.
