Production MIG Welder - 1st and 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Position Details:
This is a full-time position available on the 1st or 2nd shift. We are seeking a trustworthy, reliable, driven, and hardworking individual. Responsibilities/Duties:

• Consistently produce leak-tight and structurally sound welds in carbon steel.
• Inspect and document welds for accuracy, quality, and adherence to prints.
• Prepare workpieces by cleaning, grinding, and cutting materials as necessary.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accuracy within our ERP system (e.g., time tracking, Work Order management, BOM management).
• Assist team members as needed.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety requirements and utilize PPE as trained.
• Adhere to all policies outlined in the company handbook.
