Role Description

This is a full-time On-Site role for a Production Manager located in Miami, FL, with some work from home acceptable. The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day production operations, ensure quality control, manage production schedules, and coordinate with various departments to meet production targets. They will also handle inventory management, supplier relations, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the entire production process from start to finish by ensuring streamlined workflows and adherence to deadlines by effectively leading, directing the production team and communicating all approvals.
  2. Open communication threads with the factory per collection to receive costs and timelines.
  3. Create and send bulk PO's.
  4. Oversee internal and external production team meetings.
  5. Ensure factory invoices are correct compared to the purchase orders.
  6. Oversee all Production Status Reports, including approvals and bulk ship dates.
  7. Oversee the production pipeline from start to finish whilst ensuring streamlined flow between different departments.
  8. Oversee PP sample ship dates and TOP ship dates.
  9. Approve and send all Bulk PO's. Approve sample PO before being sent.
  10. Send all bulk approvals via email and all communication platforms. Keep track of approval dates.
  11. Maintain consistent factory communication via Email, WhatsApp, and WeChat, gathering all crucial information and reporting for team visibility.
  12. Coordinate shipment schedules alongside logistics department, adding information into PSR (Production Status Report).
  13. Responsible for Production Department SOPs.
  14. Update all departments with production statuses during internal calls and when needed.
  15. Manage factory credits by confirming PO and Packing List differences/QC shortages.
  16. Track internal and external inventory for production.
  17. Attend client meetings as needed.
  18. Manage Google Drive reports and sheets.
  19. Manage Production Strategy Calendar.
  20. Discuss all production updates on internal STRATA calls.
  21. Provide production department training.
Qualifications
  1. Production Management and Quality Control skills
  2. Leadership experience
  3. Bilingual - Must be able to speak Spanish and English
  4. Experience with Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management
  5. Strong organizational and time-management skills
  6. Excellent communication and leadership skills
  7. Ability to collaborate across teams
  8. Experience in the textile or garment manufacturing industry is a plus
  9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
