Job summary

Seda North America is seeking a Production Mechanic to join our Mount Pleasant, WI facility. The role is 3rd shift, 11pm–7am, with pay based on experience plus a $2/hr shift premium.

This position focuses on maintaining and repairing production equipment and supports a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has problem-solving skills, familiarity with GMPs, and a readiness to train operators as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or other certification a plus.
• Prior experience in food packaging preferred; familiar with GMP guidelines.
• Ability to prioritize production needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lb and stand for 8 hours.

Seda North America is seeking a Production Mechanic to join our team ! The ideal candidate has excellent problem-solving skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates a readiness to support their team.Seda North America is an air conditioned, exceptionally clean facility that designs and produces innovative paper packaging solutions, which include unique insulated coffee cups and food industry containers.

Pay based on experience! plus shift premium of +$2.00/hr. Hours are Monday through Friday 11pm -7am.

Specific Duties:

Maintain and repair production equipment

Basic Qualifications/ Physical Demands

• Ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50lb weight unassisted and remain on feet standing and walking for 8-hour shift
