Job summary

Redwood Materials, Inc. is seeking a full-time Production Operations Associate in South Carolina. This role involves supporting the efficient movement and processing of materials for production goals, including material sampling and forklift operation. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in a manufacturing environment. The position requires strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. Shifts include days and weekends. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment preferred.
• Familiarity with hazardous material handling practices; HAZWOPER certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using systems such as HMIs, tablets, or inventory and production tracking software.
• Reliable and dependable, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, or overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of a continuously running production line.
• Receive inbound shipments of raw materials, maintenance parts, and engineering equipment.
• Participate in physical inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
• Follow established material flow strategies to improve operational efficiency.
