Job summary

WestRock Coffee is seeking a Material Handler Utilities Retail associate to support production operators by loading materials, operating simple machines, and keeping the area clean and safe. You will assist with changeovers, perform basic quality checks, and communicate clearly with team members to maintain smooth production.

The role involves lifting up to 75 lbs, standing for long periods, and following safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment. Prior forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in basic math and measurement tasks.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Stable work history with reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment via computer systems.
• Reload case makers and assist with changeovers.
• Sanitation cleaning in work area and routine checks.
• Identify simple machine problems and assist with fixes.
• Stack finished goods and provide general support as needed.
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety procedures.
