As a Material Handler at Guardian Bikes, you'll be the engine behind our production floor, making sure materials flow seamlessly. It's fast-paced, hands-on work that keeps our entire operation running - and it directly supports our mission of getting the safest bikes into the hands of kids across the country.


Guardian Bikes is seeking a dependable Material Handler to support our manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for material handling, kanban management, and warehouse support.


Key Responsibilities


  • Move It. Make It Happen. Load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and manual handling techniques.

  • Keep Kanban Flowing. Maintain the Kanban inventory system by replenishing bins, shelves, and supermarket locations to ensure production never misses a beat.

  • Prep for the Next Move. Label, tag, wrap, and organize materials and finished products for accurate storage or shipment.

  • Own Inventory Accuracy. Perform cycle counts, maintain inventory accuracy, identify discrepancies, and communicate issues quickly.

  • Keep Equipment Ready. Conduct routine inspections of material-handling equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns before they become problems.

  • Team Up Across Operations. Partner with warehouse and production teams, jumping in where needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.

  • Safety Starts With You. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all required safety and operating procedures.

  • Be Ready to Pitch In. Take on additional warehouse and manufacturing assignments as needed to support the team and meet operational goals.


QualificationsSkills & Qualifications


  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience (preferred but not required).

  • Forklift operation experience or willingness to be trained.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
