Heliene, Inc. is seeking a Production Material Handler to support the production line with timely material delivery and movement of finished goods.

This full-time role requires working on a 12-hour shift rotation (4 on, 4 off) and being able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position emphasizes safety, accuracy in ERP data entry, and collaboration with supervisors and warehouse teams.

Formación

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Forklift operating experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems.
• Ability to take direction and work independently.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous warehouse experience is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capable of understanding and following oral and written instructions.
• Ability to follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Prolonged standing and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening required.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers production ready raw material to the line when replenishment is needed.
• Monitors the glass loader to keep the buffer full and prevent line stops.
• Removes garbage from the production floor.
• Pulls pallets when filled.
• Completes the Box-it-up checklist and enters data into ERP.
• Refills alcohol bottles on the production floor.
• Enters scrap into ERP system.
• Performs general housekeeping on the production floor.
• Supports shipping and receiving as needed.
• Operates PIT equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Production Material Handler is an integral position in operations. This position is responsible for ensuring the production line has the materials needed to ensure the line continues to run. They also perform general housekeeping and change materials in critical areas of the line. The person in this position must be able to move with urgency, communicate well, prioritize requests, and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. This person will also assist with materials movement and finished goods movement in the warehouse as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivers production ready raw material to the line when the equipment needs to be replenished.
• Monitors the glass loader to ensure the buffer is full and the front of the line does not stop
• Garbage removal from the production floor
• Pulling pallets when they are filled
• Completing the Box-it-up checklist form and accurately enters information into ERP
• Refills the alcohol bottles on the production floor
• Enter scrap into ERP system
• General housekeeping/sweeping of the production floor
• Supports shipping and receiving as needed
• Operates various PIT equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation Package

• Salary: $22.50 - $24.00 /hr
• Night Shift premium: $1 per hour
• Benefits + 401K
• 12-hour shifts, 4 on 4 off rotation
