Job summary

CPV Manufacturing in Kennett Square, PA is seeking a Production Marking Associate to join our team on the day shift. The role focuses on marking production parts and supporting packaging and material handling.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of related experience, can read blueprints, and work well in a team while maintaining safety and quality standards. We offer a climate-controlled facility, health benefits, PTO, holidays, education reimbursement, and a 6% 401k match.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be detail oriented and possess high regard for quality and workmanship.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Setup, load and unload all production parts for marking to meet due dates.
• Review paperwork to ensure parts are marked to correct standards.
• Work with Inspection for quality review and adjust as needed.
• Read drawings to determine marking locations on parts.
• Cross-train in packaging, assembly, and testing.
