Job Description

The Food Production Worker is responsible for overseeing or delegating responsibilities within the food service operation, such as inventory management, customer service, food preparation, and food safety and sanitation procedures. Responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Long Description

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $19.00 to $22.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the expected offer. This is an estimate of the compensation as of the posting date.

Job Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign daily work to the food service team, overseeing task completion
• Train staff on job duties, food safety, sanitation, and customer service
• Prepare food according to standardized recipes
• Store food properly following safety policies
• Set up and break down work stations
• Serve food to customers, ensuring satisfaction and anticipating needs
• Replenish and stock food items appropriately
• Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude
• Follow safety policies and ensure security of assets
