ServiceMaster Restore in Oregon is seeking a Production Manager to lead our water mitigation, fire restoration, and contents cleaning operations.

You will manage technicians and crew chiefs, schedule crews, ensure work meets IICRC standards, and maintain clear communication with customers and insurers. This role offers strong earning potential and room for advancement.

Package

• $5,000 monthly base salary
• Monthly performance bonus
• Top performers can earn another $10k-$20k in addition to their base salary.
