Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3-5 years’ experience in low volume/high mix, engineered and built to order manufacturing environment.
• Extensive knowledge in Lean, Six Sigma, or related improvement models.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing operations and employees for a designated value stream.
• Lead the value stream to improve schedule dates and reduce process times.
• Drive team toward execution of business goals using Lean methodology.
