Smithfield Foods is seeking a Production Manager Trainee in the United States to learn all farm department operations. You will become certified in pig production processes, health, and welfare, while performing hourly tasks under supervision and generating progress reports.
The role requires leadership potential, ability to relocate for training, and comfort with a demanding 48-hour week, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation: $17.00/hr
The Production Manager Trainee is responsible for learning, demonstrating knowledge and skills, and becoming certified in all aspects of company systems and the pork industry standards. This position functions under the supervision of the appropriate department leader while performing all duties and responsibilities as a learning/development process.
