Job summary

Mondo is seeking a hands-on Production Manager in Pennsauken, NJ to oversee daily manufacturing operations, lead a growing production team, and drive scheduling, quality, and process improvements across the production floor.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow, coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams, and maintain ERP data. The role requires strong leadership and cross-department coordination.

Qualifications

• Previous production or manufacturing management experience, including direct supervision of production floor employees.
• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems for production orders, BOMs, and production tracking.
• Demonstrated ability to manage production scheduling, prioritization, and planning in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to work a second-shift schedule and alternate Friday coverage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations including staffing, scheduling, workflow, and quality across sewing, kitting, cutting, labeling, and order fulfillment processes.
• Manage, train, coach, and evaluate production employees while providing consistent feedback and maintaining clear performance expectations.
• Plan and coordinate daily and weekly production schedules, balancing first-in, first-out priorities with shifting customer order demands.
• Maintain accurate production data within the manufacturing ERP system, including production orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), item routings, and inventory records.
• Coordinate with supply chain, shipping, receiving, and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available and finished products move through production efficiently.
• Conduct daily team meetings and lead weekly production meetings to communicate goals, priorities, and operational updates.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve workflows, processes, productivity, and overall department efficiency.
