Job summary

gpac, partnering with a family-owned meat processor in the Upper Midwest, seeks a Case Ready Manager/Supervisor to lead a new, state-of-the-art facility. This role offers ownership of the Case Ready packaging department and a path to build and shape a growing operation.

You will head a team, drive production performance, implement processes, and contribute to the facility's continued growth within a multi-facility organization.

A well-established, family-owned company in the meat industry with multiple facilities throughout the Upper Midwest, is looking for a Case Ready Manager/Supervisor to join its new, state-of-the-art facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Case Ready leader to head the department, build and develop a team underneath them, and play an important role in the continued growth of this new facility.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE BRINGS

• Case Ready packaging experience is REQUIRED
• Strong background within the meat processing industry
• Pork processing experience is preferred, but candidates from beef or poultry processing will also be considered
• Previous production leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong ability to lead, train, and develop employees
• Understanding of production efficiency, quality, and food safety
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to take ownership of a department
• Someone who wants the opportunity to build something and make an impact

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000-$85,000 salary
