Job summary

gpac is assisting a well-established, family-owned meat processor in the Upper Midwest in finding a Case Ready Manager/Supervisor for a new, state-of-the-art facility.

The ideal candidate will own the Case Ready packaging department, build and lead a production team, and drive efficiency, quality, and food safety while scaling operations across multiple facilities. Relocation assistance is provided and this is a long-term opportunity for leadership growth.

Qualifications

• Case Ready packaging experience is required.
• Strong background in meat processing.
• Pork experience preferred; beef or poultry considered.
• Previous production leadership or supervisory experience.
• Hands-on leadership style with ownership of a department.

A well-established, family-owned company in the meat industry with multiple facilities throughout the Upper Midwest, is looking for a Case Ready Manager/Supervisor to join its new, state-of-the-art facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Case Ready leader to head the department, build and develop a team underneath them, and play an important role in the continued growth of this new facility.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE BRINGS

• Case Ready packaging experience is REQUIRED
• Strong background within the meat processing industry
• Pork processing experience is preferred, but candidates from beef or poultry processing will also be considered
• Previous production leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong ability to lead, train, and develop employees
• Understanding of production efficiency, quality, and food safety
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to take ownership of a department

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000-$85,000 salary
