Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple roofing projects across the Lancaster area
• Coordinate project schedules, roofing crews, equipment, and materials to ensure on-time completion
• Supervise roofing crews and subcontractors to uphold company quality standards and client expectations
• Monitor and enforce job site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Review project plans, specifications, and scope to align project execution with expectations
• Communicate regularly with clients, estimators, and suppliers to ensure seamless project flow
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure work quality, safety, and project progress
• Track labor hours, material usage, and project costs to maintain budget goals
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management
• Identify potential project challenges and implement proactive solutions
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in roofing or construction management
• Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
• In-depth knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills-both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
