Job description

At PDX Remodeling & Design, we specialize in high-quality residential remodels with an emphasis on attention to detail, clear communication, and a commitment to excellence—what we call The PDX Way. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and lead our project execution with confidence and care.

Position Overview

As our Production Manager, you’ll take the reins of our field operations—coordinating schedules, managing crews and subcontractors, maintaining client communication, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and up to our high standards. You’ll be the hub between design, operations, and construction—making sure that what we promise in the office gets built in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production for multiple residential remodeling projects
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews
• Schedule inspections and meet inspectors
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during construction
• Conduct site visits, resolve issues, and ensure quality control
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure plans are executed properly
• Maintain project timelines, budgets, and documentation using JobTread or similar software
• Manage punch lists and ensure completion of final walkthroughs

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in residential construction or remodeling
• Proven experience managing crews, subs, and schedules
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication with both clients and internal teams
• Familiarity with local building codes and inspections
• Proficiency with project management tools (JobTread, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, etc.) is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:
