Cutler Building & Remodeling, Inc. in Milford, MA is hiring a Production Manager for residential remodeling projects.

You will lead Project Managers, supervise field teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while upholding our craftsmanship standards. The role requires 8+ years in residential remodeling with 3+ years leading teams, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and proficiency with JobTread/CompanyCam.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of residential remodeling or custom home construction experience.
• 3+ years leading Project Managers, Superintendents, or production teams.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and jobsite operations.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience managing multiple active projects and production schedules.
• Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with JobTread is highly preferred; CompanyCam is a plus.

• Build strong relationships with subcontractors and hold trade partners accountable for quality and performance.
• Improve production processes, reporting, and operational efficiency to support continued growth.
• Collaborate with company leadership to strengthen accountability, consistency, and project execution.

We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our production team and oversee the successful execution of residential remodeling projects. You'll provide leadership to our Project Managers and field teams while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the quality standards our clients expect.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of residential remodeling or custom home construction experience
• 3+ years leading Project Managers, Superintendents, or production teams
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and jobsite operations
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
• Experience managing multiple active projects and production schedules
• Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with construction management software; JobTread experience is highly preferred and CompanyCam experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel regularly to local jobsites
