Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking a Plant Manager for our RSO facility in Delaware. The role emphasizes human-centered leadership, developing a high-performing team, and driving operational excellence in day-to-day plant operations.

You will ensure safety compliance, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and manage resources to meet quality and productivity standards while staying within budget. A strong emphasis on empathy, authenticity, and team development is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plant management or similar leadership experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a human-centered approach to develop and engage the plant team.
• Oversee EHS&S compliance, conduct safety checks and maintain scorecards.
• Drive CI by using Kaizen, PDCA, and A3 to improve processes.
• Maintain operational excellence by meeting quality, productivity and budget goals.
