Key Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Monitor the daily/weekly/monthly output of the HTP & Coolers production, take output analysis report and implement corrective actions.
2.Review work orders, make production daily plan according master plan with team leaders, ensure build to plan and on time delivery.
3.Work together with ME team to improve key equipment OEE performance, on site continues improvement.
4.Work together with Quality team to make analysis for quality issue. Review causes of rework and brief the trouble-shooting plan, reduce scrap, improve quality performance.
5.Evaluate and guide the work performance of team leaders/ operators. Monitoring/ Handling employee complaints, provide counseling, and enforce disciplinary procedures.
6.Guide the workshop to implement lean production, maintain cost-effective production and improve productivity.
7.Prepare training program plans for production team.
8.Maintain and develop production monitoring records.
9.Make sure the accurate material flow. Issue material shortage to PMC/Warehouse & Purchasing.
10.Ensure health and safety in the production area. Coordinating 5S inspections and implements corrective actions.
11. Others job assigned by direct manager.

Required Education & Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum 5 years with Foreign-invested Company in workshop supervisory position.
2. Production/Process Control analysis skills.
3. Good at English reading, writing and communication. CET - 4 above.
4.Familar with K3 system would be advantageous.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
1.Engineering Bachelor Degree.
