Job Description

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the production process, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and effectively. This role involves coordinating with various departments, optimizing production schedules, and maintaining quality standards to meet customer demands.

Role Details

This is a full-time on-site role. The Production Manager will oversee daily operations in the manufacturing plant, ensure efficient production processes, coordinate teams to meet goals, manage inventory and supplies, and uphold product quality. Strong leadership and collaboration skills are essential. Experience with low volume high mix production is highly preferred.
