Boulder Connect is seeking a Section Manager for its aerospace manufacturing facility in Ohio. The role leads daily operations of a production section responsible for complex castings and precision machined parts, with emphasis on safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

Candidates should have strong leadership, aerospace experience or similar high-precision backgrounds, and a solid grasp of lean manufacturing and process improvement.
