Responsibilities

• Coordination between tour/client production and the venue.
• Advance presale technical info, rider needs, staging and capacity changes.
• Interface with vendors, tours, clients and venue production teams.
• Day-of-show management from load-in to load-out, ensuring artist/client service.
• Show accounting and settlements with artists, including vendor payments.
• Track labor costs and maintain budgets for cost-effective operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and third-party vendors for safe operations.
• Assist in onboarding and training production staff.
