Job summary

KHS USA Inc. in Waukesha seeks a Production Manager to lead all manufacturing activities for the Kisters product line. You will coordinate with Engineering, Parts & Service, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure timely, high-quality machine builds and projects.

The role focuses on developing and improving production processes, planning, and KPI-driven performance, with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience preferred, especially in packaging machinery or capital equipment.
• Experience leading new product introductions, startups, transfers, or complex equipment builds.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all manufacturing and production activities for the Kisters product line, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Coordinate between Engineering, Parts & Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to drive machine builds and projects.
• Develop, implement, and improve production processes, workflows, and SOPs for localization and growth of Kisters machinery.
• Own production planning and scheduling, balancing resources to meet customer commitments.
• Monitor KPIs on production efficiency, on-time delivery, quality, and throughput.
