Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role leading exempt and non-exempt teams.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma process improvement principles.
• Ability to interpret operational, technical, and financial data to identify trends and support decisions.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own shift-level production performance across all manufacturing lines, driving output safely and efficiently against metrics like throughput, yield, quality, and incident rates.
• Lead and develop a team of production supervisors and frontline operators, allocating people and attention where they'll have the greatest impact.
• Translate schedules, material plans, and targets into clear daily execution for your team, closing gaps between plan and actual.
• Work through ambiguous problems, make decisions with incomplete information, and escalate when more resources are needed.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and safety to resolve constraints and keep production flowing with minimal disruption.
• Drive continuous improvement as a default, not a project.
• Identify inefficiencies across people, process, and equipment and chase them down systematically.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
