Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with production planning software (ERP, MRP systems).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
