PRODUCTION MANAGER - INTEGRATED RESOURCES

Description

We're looking for a Production Manager, Integrated Resources to become a vital part of our Event Production team. This role is ideal for an operations-minded professional who thrives behind the scenes, bridging the gap between internal systems and flexible freelance talent. You'll ensure our live event productions run smoothly by managing technical, financial, and logistical workflows that freelance or contract teams can't access. This is an in-office position.

What You'll Do:Project Estimation & Documentation

  • Create project estimates, technical drawings (CAD), and documentation.
  • Coordinate labor and equipment availability with internal Resource Managers.
  • Organize and hand off clear documentation packages to execution teams.

Operations & Systems Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for contract/flex team members who don't have system access.
  • Enter and manage POs, estimates, and change orders in ERP and financial platforms.
  • Ensure data alignment across sales tools, scheduling, and production documents.

Support for Freelance Teams

  • Help source, vet, and onboard freelance Producers, PMs, and Technicians.
  • Coordinate credentialing, documentation, and orientation to our workflows.
  • Serve as the go-between for freelancers and internal teams—keeping communication clear and projects on track.

Process Improvement & Cross-Team Coordination

  • Work with Production, Sales, and Design teams to ensure smooth internal workflows.
  • Maintain rate cards and support centralized bidding processes.
  • Promote consistency in processes—especially in work led by external partners

Event Support (Occasional)

  • Travel up to 30% for live event execution when needed to support major moments or cover gaps in coverage.

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in technical project management or live event production.
  • Deep understanding of AV, scenic, logistics, and labor coordination.
  • Proficiency in Vectorworks (or similar CAD software), ERP systems, and Excel.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-first approach.
  • A team player comfortable supporting others without being front-and-center.
