Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Manager for the Liverpool, NY facility. The role leads a high-performing production team to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards, while partnering with sales and service teams to exceed customer expectations.

The position emphasizes safety, team development, and continuous improvement, with responsible oversight of plant operations and KPI achievement.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum two years supervisory/management experience.
• Two years industry experience preferred.
• Minimum one year as a Cintas Production Manager required.
• Attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Minimum processed volume requirement of $18M or 2+ branches.
• Ability to work multiple shifts with variable schedules.

Responsabilidades
