The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, manage inventory and equipment capacity, and supervise a team in a regulated manufacturing environment, with an emphasis on SQF and GMP

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in management, Business, Economics, Engineering or related field.

Aufgaben

• Production planning and execution across departments, lines, and shifts; adjust schedules to demand, inventory, staffing, and capacity.
• Safety, food safety, quality, sanitation, and traceability culture; enforce policies and records; support audits.
• Performance and continuous improvement: establish KPIs for productivity, throughput, labor, downtime, waste, quality, and schedule attainment; drive reliability and cost improvements.
• Materials and inventory: optimize syrup, ingredients, packaging, labor, and other resources; maintain inventory accuracy and traceability.
• Equipment and capital support: coordinate repairs, maintenance, downtime, and capital projects.
• People leadership: lead supervisors and employees; set expectations; coaching, reviews, development planning; onboarding and employee relations.
• Labor, budget, and capacity management: manage staffing, overtime, absenteeism, and operating expenses; participate in budget.
• Cross-functional leadership: communicate priorities and risks to Ops team; coordinate with other functions for new products and packaging.
