Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience overseeing electronics manufacturing.
• 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with initiative, sound judgment, and follow-through.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Must be a U.S. Person; background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations to meet outputs.
• Supervise and lead the team with staffing, training, and performance management.
• Monitor workflow, equipment utilization, and resource allocation.
• Ensure products meet quality specs and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Analyze production data and prepare performance reports.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and coordinate with Quality Engineering.
• Drive employee engagement and uphold safety and environmental regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
