Job summary

TruTeam in Columbus, GA is seeking a Production Manager with full responsibility for the location’s production department. You will visit job sites, direct and coordinate production schedules, ensure customer satisfaction and actively seek new business opportunities.

• Minimum of 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the location's production department.
• Visit work sites, direct and coordinate production schedules, ensure customer satisfaction and solicit new business.

• Manage a team and supervise installers' processes and procedures.
• Handle human resources tasks including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management and development.
• Solicit new business at required margins while maintaining existing accounts.
