Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Production Manager to lead production workflows in our collision repair and glass service facility. You will drive efficiency, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain high quality across all repair activities.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a focus on customer experience, and the ability to manage a fast-paced shop environment. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $95,000 per year with bonus opportunities and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in collision repair environment or similar role preferred.
• I-Car registration or progress toward Gold Class is noted as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution and production targets are met.
• Plan daily production schedule to maximize efficiency and cycle times.
• Lead production meetings to communicate priorities to staff.
• Perform in-process quality checks to uphold standards.
• Identify and address quality issues or delays promptly.
• Complete final quality inspections before delivery to customers.
• Adhere to all safety and process guidelines.
