Production Manager Joliet, IL | $95,000 - $125,000 | Full-Time

Lead the floor of a fast-moving, temperature-controlled food operation where your decisions directly drive throughput, team performance, and customer satisfaction.

Must‑Haves

• 5+ years leading warehouse, production, or packaging teams
• Cold storage or temperature-controlled environment experience
• Repackaging, rework, or value-added production experience
• WMS or production tracking platform familiarity
• KPI‑driven labor and throughput management background

The Role

Own all production operations across a refrigerated facility in Joliet. You will lead hourly teams through boxing, unboxing, repackaging, labeling, and rework, keeping every shift on schedule and every customer requirement met.

This is a floor-level role. You are present, visible, and hands‑on every day.

What You Will Own

Daily production planning, labor supervision, throughput monitoring, and quality compliance. When bottlenecks appear, you diagnose and fix them. When performance gaps emerge, you coach and correct.

Full accountability for food safety, cold chain compliance, and sanitation standards across the operation.

Preferred

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Food safety certification: ServSafe or HACCP
• Lean or Kaizen experience
• Background in startup or high-growth logistics environments
