PJ Fitzpatrick is seeking a Production Manager to lead remodeling projects, directing production activities from scheduling to quality control. You will coordinate with installation teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure on-time project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

You will mentor production staff, monitor budgets and timelines, and implement best practices in safety and process improvements. Strong leadership and clear communication are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production management, ideally within the home improvement or construction industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay:

Base salary starting at $90,000 plus the potential of a monthly incentive
