You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across the production floor, ensuring that the team meets high standards of quality and efficiency. Your leadership will be vital in optimizing manufacturing workflows, reducing waste, mentoring the growing engineering team, and achieving operational excellence.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
