Pull-A-Part of Louisville LLC is seeking a Production Manager to lead the production team, oversee automotive salvage and recycling activities, ensure safety standards, manage inventory, and support operational goals.

You will promote safety and environmental compliance, train staff, maintain equipment readiness, manage vendor relationships, and work in outdoor industrial settings while growing your skills and contributing to a fast-paced, service-driven operation.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in production environments.
• Intermediate auto parts knowledge.
• Mechanical aptitude and safety-minded.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, mobile devices).
• Reliable transportation.
• Bilingual (Spanish) and industry-specific experience a plus.
