Pull-A-Part is seeking a Production Manager to lead the production team, oversee automotive salvage and recycling activities, and ensure safety, inventory control, and operational goals are met.

You will manage equipment use, train staff, maintain cleanliness, and drive continuous improvement while working in an outdoor industrial setting. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus for a diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in production environments.
• Intermediate auto parts knowledge.
• Mechanical aptitude and safety-minded.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, mobile devices).
• Reliable transportation.
• Bilingual (Spanish) and industry-specific experience a plus.
